Pracovala jsem u jedné firmy, kde jsem po měsíci musela ukončit pracovní poměr, jelikož se mi nelíbil přístup vedení k zaměstnancům a také bezpečnost dětí na pracovišti. Tohle jsem vše napsala na google recenze a nyní je mi vyhrožováno, že pokud příspěvek nesmažu bude mne kontaktovat firemní právník.
Mají právo mi takhle vyhrožovat? Jak mohli přijít na to že jsem to psala já? S firmou jsem měla problémy po ukončení pracovního poměru, jelikož mi nezaplatili řádnou výplatu.

I would like to take this opportunity to address some important aspects regarding School that seem to have gone unnoticed by many of the parents who have given the school high ratings. It is crucial that we, as responsible parents, not only consider the educational aspect but also take the time to engage with the teachers who are caring for our children, to consider the emotional well-being and safety of our children under the care of the school.
Regrettably, School falls short in providing a secure and nurturing environment for our children. The absence of proper safety measures raises concerns that should not be ignored. Parents have the right to be well-informed about the actions taken by the school to guarantee the protection and welfare of our precious little ones. Transparency and open communication in this regard are pivotal for establishing trust and ensuring the utmost safety of our children.
Furthermore, it is disheartening to observe that School undervalues the staff members responsible for caring for our children. By underpaying and neglecting their support, the school demonstrates a disregard for the well-being of its employees. We must acknowledge that educators are the backbone of a nurturing learning environment. Failing to adequately compensate and support them jeopardizes the quality of education and care our children receive.
As concerned parents, it is crucial that we engage in constructive discussions and actively collaborate to bring about positive changes within our school community. By working together, we can foster an environment where our concerns are addressed and improvements are made.
